At LSPS, you will find a faculty that is well respected throughout the church for its academic acumen and commitment to the church's mission. Although small, the faculty represents the disciplines of systematic theology, Lutheran confessions, church history, biblical theology, culture and mission, and pastoral care. This well-rounded representation provides students a theological education that is grounded in the Lutheran tradition yet oriented to mission in a culturally diverse world.

One of the many hallmarks of the LSPS experience is the accessibility of faculty members to students. Our full-time faculty members are devoted to providing students with tools for ministry, while our adjunct faculty members bring fresh perspectives and experiences to the classroom. Through worship, fellowship and other events beyond the classroom, LSPS always places students and teachers together.
